Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce)

Although every dissolution is unique, there are four major issues to address in most cases.  Namely, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and property division.

Despite the fact that every divorce proceeding essentially involves only these four issues, there is no such thing as a simple divorce.  The court requires certain procedural steps to be followed before it will dissolve a marriage.  The inherent complexity of a dissolution proceeding is only compounded when children and assets are involved.
