At Jonas, Harvey & Keese, our family law attorneys work hard to minimize our clients' emotional and financial stress.  We are aware that divorce and other family law issues can be very traumatic, overwhelming, and expensive.  Therefore, our goal is to explore the realm of possible solutions prior to even considering going to court.  Accordingly, we encourage our clients to settle their cases amicably and to consider mediation and collaborative divorce if possible.

In addition, in an effort to minimize the costs, we offer our clients the option of "unbundling" our services.  The concept of unbundling allows a client the option of hiring our attorneys for certain important aspects of their case instead of the entire case.  For example, we can review settlement agreements, and/or prepare the appropriate legal paperwork for a client so that they can adequately represent themselves.  This can be a cost effective way of handling your case.  However, not all family law cases lend themselves to unbundling of services.
